Short-term Objective

During this period we would like to develop and execute good quality service. lnvest in excellent mutual relationship and understanding with people. Start to erect monuments and pyramids of good track record, reputation and excellent workmanship.
Maintain highest ethics standards at all times and encourage strong teamwork to achieve optimum utilization of human resources.

 

Medium Objective

To provide job opportunities to local men and women. The enhancement of techniques and technology in the workforce. This is ripe time to build human capital and the increment of our profit making by more than 30%
To ensure that we conform to accounting standards and business requirements.

Long-term objective

During this term we would like to see our cash flow plan blossoming. We endeavor to support and grow together with our people who show potential for further development in our line of the business.

KEY PERSONNEL

The management team (Directors thereof) though all from the PDI background composes of well distinguished and qualified personnel who founded the Business concept after working and acquiring vast managerial and operational experiences in the accounting. Business advisory, taxation industry.

ORGANISATION STRUCTURE

Shadreck muriro :is a qualified accountant with the following disgnations from the following dy, fbodys ,acca(association of chartered certified accounts(c.a.t)sait(south African institute of tax practitioners and saiba(southern African institute of business accountants).

Responsibilities include overall management of the business and liaising with the stakeholders in negotiating and concluding major company's contracts and signing of internal audits reports and financial statements. 

Annah Zhanda. ls a payroll clerk with a payroll qualification and responsible for payroll calculation,payroll management system, payroll accounting, paychecks payroll, payroll processing and issuing of payslips to clients employees.
Ndokozo Ndzimande is an accounts clerk with Diploma in accounting and business and responsible for provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting of clients,type accurately,prepare and maintaining accounting documents and records using pastel accounting software,prepare bank deposits,general ledger postings and statements,reconcile accounts in a timely manner,daily enter key data of financial transactions in data base,to provide assistance and support to payroll clerk,research,track and restore accounting and documentation problems and discrepancies in the client files and and inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
Shupikai Muriro is a receptionist with matric qualifications and her responsibilities are to receive visitors at the front desk by greeting ,welcoming,directing and announcing the appropriately,answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls,receiving and sorting daily mails and meetings.

Technical Responsibility for updating our information technology in accordance to the Professional standards will be conducted in conjunction with the operations Use of consultants will be paramount in the most streamlined operations of the business.

 

STAFF STRUCTURE
A total of 4 staff shall initially be hired for operations.

 

TRAINING

I the owner will continue to undertake intensive training on various managerial fields to consolidate our knowledge. We will be working with various service providers and networking with other business organizations. We will develop company policies on training and development. Establishment of affirmative action or equity for the company will be enhanced. We will embark on programs to familiarize ourselves with Quality Management. Although we are a existing company, we are committed to get advanced learning and prepare ourselves for any business venture in order to get on expansion.
